Staying at the Occidental Xcaret, unable to see where to add the Xcaret package

Staying at Occidental Xcaret: Difficulty Locating the Xcaret Package Option

Recently stayed at Occidental Xcaret and encountered trouble finding how to add the Xcaret package. I booked my vacation for early 2027, and not seeing the option to include this package was surprising since it was a major reason for choosing the hotel. Has anyone else been able to add the Xcaret package during their stay or booking? Any guidance on where to find this option would be greatly appreciated.
