What Mid-Tier All-Inclusive Resort Should We Choose for a November Getaway?

My wife and I are both 30 years old, and we’re planning a short 3-night stay in mid-November at a mid-tier all-inclusive resort in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area. Our priorities are solid food, a good selection of drinks, and engaging night entertainment (such as shows and live music). We’d prefer to stay on the property for the entire trip and not leave the resort.

Current options we’re considering include SLS Playa Mujeres, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancún, and Dreams Riviera Cancun. However, we’re very open to other recommendations as well.
