Planning Our First International Anniversary Getaway in April: Seeking Destination Guidance

As we approach our 10th wedding anniversary in April, we’re planning our first international trip for mid to late April. The travel party will ideally include two adults and our 1.5-year-old daughter (though we may opt to have her with her grandparents if that makes the trip more convenient).

We’re not seeking hiking or water-sport activities; rather, we want a romantic and relaxing escape. Weather, connectivity, and available experiences will heavily influence our choice, so we’re keeping an open mind about destinations.

Possible options we’re considering (not yet finalized):
– Vietnam
– Bali
– Maldives
– Sri Lanka
– Thailand

We’re also open to other destinations that fit a couples-friendly, romantic vibe. Our budget is approximately INR 2–2.5 lakh for a 7–10 day trip. Any destination recommendations, best times to visit in April, or practical travel tips for traveling with a young child would be greatly appreciated.
